Stayed with a friend for 3 nights for a weekend afl footy trip. We were greeted by a cheerful, helpful reception staff member who remained on every night and greeted us each evening as we walked past. Morning staff were helpful with directions and breakfast buffet was the best I have experienced for some time. Room was clean, ok size for what we needed, bathroom was clean as well. Only 5 minutes walk to the mall, 20 mins to MCG and trams were only a block away. Restaurant and bar available. Very nice stay, the staff assisted with the 5 star review, always pleasant and helpful.

Different to usual hotels. Sparky vibe but no diminishing of service. Breakfast was well organised with a good choice. Very helpful, friendly staff.
