Food was okay had limited options as far as food in all the restaurants even the buffet. I also got charged $350 on arrival just to give you a heads up! Also called the front to see about a charge on my card and they hung up on me multiple times. This place definitely is mediocre I honestly wouldn’t recommend. GO TO CLUB MED! Best all inclusive I’ve been to in Cancun

I really have nothing to say. They did have space to accommodate me and my friends after i had booked through this website they sent me to another hotel. So i have nothing to comment so they will get poor for not communicating things ahead of time and causing me an inconvenience of changing hotels.

The room was DIRTY, we said something and it was never thoroughly cleaned
I think the property is okay but the FOOD left a lot to be desired and the CHARGES AND CONFUSION FROM VOLARIS… a separate LETTER IS COMING….
