Good hotel for families, as they have rooms with bunk beds, washer dryer, kitchen table, and kitchenette. I would say above average size rooms for Japan. The hotel is in a great location close in between two train stations, lots of restaurants and markets within walking distance. Only con is that the street it's located on is not a very scenic area, don't expect any good views other than rail lines or buildings.

Very convenient. Close to Ueno Station (10 min walk). Very safe.

It’s located in a peaceful area but super easy to walk to Ginza or catch the metro. Friendly staff and hassle-free check-in. 10/10!

We stayed at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo for two nights at the end of our trip and had a very nice experience. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and the service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is a little removed from the main shopping and busy areas of Tokyo, so there isn’t much to do or shop for right outside the hotel. However, the metro is conveniently located nearby, which makes it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing way to end our trip, and I would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, why everything was pretty good including the location and the clean room, we had an issue with the air conditioner. We are on the top floor so it was warm. I brought it up the second day and they were going to take a look at it, but it did not make much of a difference. The Hitachi unit was not only allowed but very inefficient and basically took the entire night to cool the room. So it did work a little bit, but it was minimal and the noise was not not noticeable. Otherwise everything was good, I wish the TV did not have a a volume lock at 40, but that seems to be common at Japanese hotels. Hopefully with the air-conditioning issue being fixed, will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and the staff were very kind and polite! We went down most mornings for the breakfast! There is a bar right there that you can every day sit from 5:30 to 6:30 for happy hour and have free beer! Everything there is kinda on this small side in Japan, but the rooms large enough to relax and shower ! I was therefore exploring and didn’t plan on spending all my time in my hotel room! I even got dinner there a few times and it was very good! I stayed there for two weeks and I was on the second floor, which is right next to the laundry room, which was nice! I really enjoyed the rooftop! I like to go to the 10th floor and grab me a drink from their drink machine and then sit out there on the rooftop and just watch the sky and stars and look over the side. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating! The location was right next to Kawasaki Metro! Plenty of shopping, plenty of bars, close to 7-eleven as well as Lawson’s! I would highly recommend it if you’re not really looking for luxury, but a clean and comfortable place to relax and rest your head!
