⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 細節控與回頭客的首選！ 無可挑剔的頂級款待 這次在秋葉原諾加飯店體驗到了令人驚豔的日式款待 因為行程規劃，我先在此入住了三天，中間安排去郊區玩，最後一晚再度返回飯店入住。最讓我驚喜的是，一進房間就看到桌上放著一張飯店親手寫的溫馨小卡，上面寫著「歡迎回來」，這種專屬的儀式感讓人一瞬間洗去旅途的疲憊，真的能感受到他們把每位旅客都放在心上 在硬體與服務的銜接上更是流暢得無話可說： 包裹處理：：辦理入住時，我主動向櫃檯詢問是否有收到包裹，沒想到服務人員早就在後台提前準備好了，效率非常高 行李寄放：之前寄放的行李，飯店也早就默默地幫我送進了重新入住的房間裡 從辦理入住的流暢度到各種微小的貼心舉動，這家飯店的服務水準和用心程度都非常高。真心推薦給所有注重住宿質感與服務細節的旅客，這絕對是一間會讓人想一去再去的優秀飯店！

地點非常好..附近都是地鐵站去哪都不會走太多路..

Not really any hotel amenities if you are looking for a restaurant or gym but great for a family stay. Spacious and clean rooms with a kitchenette. Vey quiet and cozy. Staff are so nice and helpful and stored our luggage before our late flight home, it was vey close to train station.

I am unhappy how the Hotel treats returning guests this was my third stay and again they assign me the worst room just on top of the construction scaffolding only after i asked for a room change they did something, the gym is dissapointing and next door Sakura Yower you need to lay extra for gym usage that’s unjustified as room rate are on luxury hotel level such basic amenities should be included i don’t think i come back had enough

服務人員很親切，對於我的問題都耐心的回答 房間很整潔，住宿的公共浴池也很乾淨，讓我們全家人出遊一整天回到還能很放鬆 距離迪士尼也很靠近，有接駁車對於我很方便、司機都很客氣 周遭也有全家很方便我們採買跟夜間補給 我們全家人都很滿意👍

Extraordinary!! We booked a room sleeps 4 and we have 2. Super neat and clean place! Brand new for everything, exactly as descibed. Kitchenette well equipped including an induction cooker. Two in one Panasonic washer and dryer. Amazing TOTO toilet with super smart functions. Very conveniently located, 3 to 5 minutes walk to H17 or G15 and yet at nice and quiet neighbourhood. Some windows can be opened to allow fresh air. Staffs are super and helpful. Excellent security with access code both at lobby and hotel room. 7-11 just next door. And supermarket 2 minutes walk around the corner.

Great for big group of family. The room is very spacious and close to all the shops, restaurant and attractions. Especially like its room setting is like a typical Japanese apartment which gave us another experience. There are also family games to borrow at the lobby and all the cooking utensils. Each room has its own washing and drying machine really helps our trip.
