The room was spotless and I also like their various ‘green policies’ (e.g. not providing guests with plastic laundry bags)
The staff were incredibly helpful (our flight was delayed 24 hours and they helped us book for the following evening)
Location is great! Very close to the stadium, Chinatown and short walk to lots of amenities.
Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Had a very good experience staying at Yokohama Bay Hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is perfect and the overall service is outstanding. The only slight downside is that the room looks a bit old, but it was spotlessly clean, which made the stay very comfortable.

Had a very good experience staying at Yokohama Bay Hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is perfect and the overall service is outstanding.
