Was a good hotel right on the beach but the shower in the room would only get hot and not cold. The toilet not steady and could only be flushed twice back to back. Was also told we had a reservation the first night we checked in but that was never told to us until when we were checking out. Was a good hotel but had room for improvement

We booked our honeymoon through Expedia and felt very let down by their assistance. The package we booked included flights to the wrong location and Expedia made it very difficult to fix their mistake. It took many phone calls, hours on hold, and additional payments to get ourselves the right flights. Despite this mishap, we were excited to spend our honeymoon at the Seadust Cancun beach resort. The washrooms and pools were well maintained and we loved the ocean. We also appreciated the lunch buffet and the air conditioned gym.
