房間乾淨整潔。大堂職員，搬行李職員，餐廳職員都非常有禮貌又helpful

The hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. Even after staying for several days, they still remembered the guests and would greet them proactively. The hotel’s environment, atmosphere, and cleanliness were all excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Aside from the hotel’s spa, which I wouldn’t recommend, everything else was a great experience.

We stayed 4 nights in Burasari. The location is nice which takes 1 min walk to the beach and around 10 mins walk to Bangla walking street. The room we stayed was pool view elite room which was big and bright. Although the water flow for shower was a bit weak and the bed was a bit soft for us, we were happy with everything else. Swimming pool was small but relaxing, breakfast was nice and staff were friendly and pleasant. My overall experience was great.

Super Nice room and club. Always wear smiling face staff and offer best services when visiting Bangkok.

The bed (sheets, pillows, etc.) was the cleanest of all the hotels I've stayed at. I usually find that the pillows are slightly old and have a bit of an unpleasant smell, but this was brand new and had a nice smell, so I slept well. I was also impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who provided fruits and knives for peeling. I was also impressed by the handwritten welcome letter, which I never expected to receive. The breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of options considering the size of the hall, and was delicious. I suffer from allergic rhinitis, so I personally liked that the floors were wooden. The price range is a little high, but I don't think it's a problem given the hotel's potential. I would like to stay here again.

Great hotel with very good staff serice。 They run the hotel as a family approach。The roof top swimming pool has excellent sea view。 The lunch and diinner food is tasty and 10% off even without tax。 Actually you dont need to seek eating outside or you can go to Karon Cafe at Karon Beach of same boss。Please pass my thank you to a staff 'DRINK' of front desk who gave hearty assistance to help me solving communication problem with reantal car company for my car problem。 Everything is good of the hotel。 Sure I will come back。

Good , I like breakfast
