Great hotel within walking distance to main shopping street. Lots of food options nearby. Hotel is well maintained, great breakfast, staff are pleasant and helpful. I recommend it.

The staff are so sweet. We got to the executive lounge pretty late but the man let us stay until closing and let us take the last bit of snacks. Place is clean, has parking, and good views. No onsen, TV only has cable and the mirroring setting did not work with my phone. Other than that very good place.

The room was just like any business hotel room. It was clean but definitely dated in some places. Breakfast buffet was great. Free refreshments. Onsen was great. I added breakfast by paying extra when i made this reservation, but at the check in, I was told that it's not included. In the end all was fine.
