Great property with plenty of amenities

Our experience was awesome. Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. Had a small issue with parking but they took care of it immediately and all was great.

I had no idea about a amenities charge added to my stay because I went thru a third party, i.e. Expedia. I realize I didn't see those charges would be added, and definitely would have went another route when booking my stay in Las Vegas! I don't travel much and getting charged $170.00 for amenities that I never used, nor did I know about them at all is atrocious! The shower barely got that hot with no water pressure. I'll probably never go back to Las Vegas, let alone Westgate Resort! It just would have been nice to know that these charges would be added before I even made a reservation! More BOLD print on the end of Expedia would be better!!! I ended up getting literally sick my last evening of my stay. Completely unsatisfied!!!

The mini fridge didn’t work. I reported it and was told it would be fixed, but it never was. It was inconvenient because we had food and drinks that needed to be kept cold, but the mini fridge didn’t work.

The A/C in the room was difficult to manage.

Great property with plenty of amenities

Bellagio is an excellent hotel, very well staffed and appointed. However, the casino is a major disappointment - not nearly enough blackjack tables (and none for $25 minimum bet) and slot machines that make a lot of noise but make no sense about how to win.
