Lovely breakfast - excellent choice. Dinner at the hotel was also good. Beautiful view of the sea and spacious apartment. Was a bit disappointed that we left early on the last day at 7.45, breakfast was available from 8 am and when we informed reception the night before, they only offered us the option of a magdalena and coffee. We didn’t bother with that.

Nice stay but spa not included as it looks to be on Expedia €20 pp per use

The breakfast was excellent but the staff seem more concerned with sticking to their rules rather than making the guests satisfied.

Hotel staff were excellent however we wouldnt return due to a number of things. 1. Room noisy, not "soundproofed". You can hear outside and neighbours clearly. 2. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Very firm. 3. Toilet door doesnt close (not designed to) and you can see in. Its tiny also. Shower which shares the same door lets water out so wet bathroom. Not suitable for new relationships! 4. Other little things- Bring your own hairdryer. The one in the room isn't very good. Towels are also rough and thin. Staff however were lovely, it was clean and location for beach is great.

We stayed at this place for a week and wanted to highlight to positive/negative aspects of this hotel and unfortunately the positives do not outweigh the negatives. Positives: - Location is nice. Short walk to the beach. - Lots of restaurants/shops walkable. - The pool was nice and wasn't too hard to find chairs most of the time. - We only did the breakfast but it was a decent spread with lots of options though it was basically the same setup for every day. - Most of the staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of one man who was rude and will be addressed in the negative comments. Negatives: - Noise, the front of the room faces restaurants and there is a British pub that does Karaoke and other load events at night so if you have a child sleeping in that part of the room it will be loud. Plan on bringing a sound machine to drown it out. - The room AC did not work great. It would hover around 78-80 degrees no matter how high you turned the AC on. Also it says on the description that there is a refrigerator but it's really a minibar that barely does anything. We contacted the front desk to complain and the man was very rude and insinuated we were dumb for thinking it would keep drinks cold. Our was room temperature inside so it wasn't working and they never came to fix it after telling them numerous times. - The parking lot next to it was closed the whole time we were there for a festival that would play loud music most nights till midnight.

Newly renovated hotel, amazing rooftop and views onto the sea. However, our shower didn’t work very well, sprayed water everywhere and we had no hot water on our first morning which we had to request get fixed. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool staff were very kind. We had a room with an outdoor tub, and that was really great! We came here for our honeymoon and although we informed the hotel before hand and they responded acknowledging our special event, nothing was done to make our stay feel particularly special. Given this is a 5 star hotel, I didn’t feel like the overall experience met such a standard.

You couldn't ask for a better location, perfectly positioned in easy walking distance between a popular upscale shopping district, central plaza, and a more popular modestly priced district, as well as other attractions. We only needed a cab for the airport. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want. My only comment is about our room's temperature control, which wouldn't allow you to sustain a lower sleeping setting before going back up to normal room temperature. I mentioned it to staff and their comment was that it was affected by ocean humidity.
