The owner was on-site and it really felt like a “home” when you walked in and were greeted by her and the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.

As soon as you get out of the car Jonathan, Alexis, Eduardo and David set the tone that address you at check in. The rest is history. 5 star service across the board. At the Pergola restaurant the chef Alijandro CRUSHES every single meal. The best chef in Cabo. The guys that run the restaurant treat you like Family. Jorge, Christian and my 2 boys Mauricio and Oscar. UNTOUCHABLE this group of guys

Came here once in 2025(July). So decided to come back and invite friends (May). This second time the staff wasn’t on top of everything like my prior. Food service seem to take a bit longer, poolside or restaurants. The amazing restaurant by the pool is now Buffet style for lunch and the menu was smaller. The prior trip in 2025 that restaurant was on of the reasons we came back. The music choice at the pool NEEDS TO CHANGE. The play list is cerca 2006. Play some good Spanish music. Yes most people are American here but we can only take so much early 2000’s pop and house music. Definitely recommend the Reserve status at the hotel. So kind of disappointed second go around. Debatable if we will return or try something new. We come to Cabo about 2 times a year.

Property is a little older but very well maintained. The pool needs to be re plastered. A lot of very rough areas.

Primera ves en Cabo por lo reguar cuando es la primera ves q viejas a un lugar nuevo. Pues hay bastantes opciones. Y la verdad no isimos una mal desicion. Este hotel. Aparte de lo hermozo que esta el personal la verdad es super muy amable todo el lugar super. Limpio mi esposa y yo. La verdad somos muy delicados para las comidas. Y aqui la verdad. La comoda toda esta super buena 5 estrellas no importa lo que pida. Todo te lo recomiendo desde los mariscos asta lo italiano. Los cortes de carne. Ufff. Todo muy riquisimo. El personal en la barra principal. Super atentos y amables. Tobinos la experiencia de interactuar con Ana. juan y Omar. En la barra principal al entrar. Ellos super amables. Y unas personas increibles. La verdad a todos les recomiendo ospefarse aqui. Veran que valdra la pena
