Staff were very friendly from start to end. It was very easy to check in & the front desk staff were very helpful.
Although it is an older hotel the room & corridors were clean. The hotel is close to many attractions, stores & restaurants.

friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, nice accommodation. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is that every time we called reception, it took almost an hour to get a response.
