This property is pretty average. There is lots of options in this area, close to the airport but the property itself is showing its age. Carpets are lifting, art is out of dated or just weird. the room was comfortable and clean, so that a plus but otherwise it felt like am old bestwestern in the US.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. We were fasting during February and they kindly brought us fruits/sandwiches before sunrise for us to eat before we started our fast.

Excellent location with Richmond park on your doorstep, lovely gardens and easy to walk or taxi into the centre of Richmond or Kew Gardens - a couple of lovely pubs nearby.Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and polite. Didn't have food, but had lovely cocktails at the bar
