Location is very convenient, near to train station. Rooms very clean with comfortable bedding, thought no view from window but that does not affect our liking to this hotel.

Impolite check-in staff
The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city ...

Overall is good and clean. We paid extra for the "lake view" but the vision of the lake is very limited. Do Not suggest for the lake view.
