Loved the Katong décor in the room and throughout property

My stay at One Farrer was fabulous in every way. I truly love the character of this independent hotel. My room was clean, beautiful, and spacious, equipped with every amenity I could possibly need. A highlight of my stay was having access to the Skyline Lounge. The staff there are exceptional—especially Mallik, who was wonderful. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and I appreciated the convenience of grabbing a light lunch in the lounge after a morning outing. The evening happy hour (5:30–8:00 PM) was equally impressive, providing a light dinner with excellent vegetarian options at every meal. Finally, the pool facilities are amazing; I thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub and the cold plunge pool. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything about our room was great. The staff were always cheerful and helpful. I would have appreciated a reasonably priced breakfast. $48 is too steep for a breakfast buffet. Also, $6 for a Dixie cup size Starbucks coffee is ridiculous!

Beautiful hotel with incredible view of Singapore. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is right next to a Mall offering shopping opportunies and numerous places to eat. Raffles is across the street. The location is walkable and offers easy access by taxi or bus to destinations further away.

We stayed in the sky villa. Expedia promised highest floor when booking but was given mid level instead. Room is neat but not all featured room facilities are functioning. Steam room wasn’t functioning as it should and has a smell. Pte Pool is generally ok with some dead bugs. Shower gel bottle in the bath room is empty. We made our request at the front desk on check in day and the next day again requested to the house keeper when we go for our lunch when we met the house keeping team outside the next room. Request was noted but no actions were done and we return to the room with empty shower gel bottle (those that mounted onto the wall and can only open with their special key type). Thankfully we brought our own shower gel. For both nights of our stay there, when evening comes, lots of birds can be seen resting near the balcony and pte pool area making lots of noises. The resort ought to do something to it as the noise are disturbing which lasted till night from evening. That said, bird poops are on the ledge of the balcony. We feel that the public swimming pool is not to our favor. Too bad there is no function here to upload the photos to what I have mentioned.

Generally good needs a little refreshe

Very comfortable and contemporary rooms. Really had amazing stay kids loved the water park and food places just walking distance. Could do with an iron in the rooms though as all out outfits in the suitcases needed ironing.
