The staff was warm welcoming and very helpfull from the 1st day.
A special mention for Andy Song at the Concierge, every one spoke good english compare to our very poor mandarin.
This made our 4 nights stay in Xian very nice and easy. Our room had a nice calm view

Well located hotel in city center with good connections to the metro and nearby shopping.
Spacious suite but cleanliness was so-so. For example dirty cutlery was not refreshed. Toilet not properly cleaned several days.
Breakfast very good variety and attentive service by staff.
Smooth check in and check out.
We also dined at the in-house restaurant which we can recommend for a cool experience with locally sourced products.
