Pittwater All inclusive Holidays

Very convenent location for T2 domestic Terminal and close to Park and Fly should you wish to drop your car off. Reception is on the top floor which is where the restuarant and bar are located with views over the airport runways. Staff were pleasant and efficient upon check-in. Room was comfortable with basic amenities. Bathroom was clean and functional. Bed very comfortable. There isn't too much around the area re alternative places to eat and drink so you are tied to the bar and restuarant to some extent. There's a fairly decent selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks Due to the proximity to the airport it is surprisingly quiet. Only downside is that they don't provide a free shuttle to the airport and they use an external company who charge $15 per person for the 1-minute trip. Not the end of the world but a large chain like this should be facilitating this need. However, the hotel is definitely worth considering due to it being well situated for the airport.

Mix of permanent residents and travellers in house which I hadn’t experienced before. Very informal check-in. No card details taken and a quick look at my licence on arrival for id. Car park had a few cars that have been there for years based on the layers of dust. The place is large enough to make 2 seperate residences for permanent guests and travellers.

Everything was fine except the fire alarm going off at 7:30am and most of the breakfast items were very old and some fruit rotten. Breakfast wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. I recommend eating elsewhere if you stay at this hotel.

Overall, this hotel is great and the staff are incredibly friendly! It is in an amazing location with walkable distance to many key sight seeing activities in Sydney (Opera House, SEALIFE, etc.). The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the front since we checked in early and checked out late. The only thing was that we found the bed a little hard, but other than that it met all our expectations!

It was my first visit to The Porter House and I was generally happy with my stay. I had asked for a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator, which they were able to accommodate. It was a lovely touch to see my name displayed on the TV when we entered the room, and a bottle of wine and a hand-written card. It's the little things that made the stay enjoyable. The check-in staff were also very lovely and helpful. I really appreciated them. Rooms: Spacious enough for 2 people. The bed was huge. I love the design and curation behind the decor of the room. The iPad controls were nice, such as automatic curtain openers and light controls. It would have been nice to have extra hooks in the room. I found it hard to find places to hang my towel, robe and bags. Coffee machine was a convenient addition to the room. Cleanliness: Given that I had paid almost $400 per night, I think there should have been extra attention to detail in the cleaning. There were a few crumbs in between the armchairs. It would have been nice for house keeping to vacuum the room more thoroughly as some times, there would be hair left behind. Would also be good to clean the shower grouts every once in a while. Other: One thing that was a bit annoying was the signal. My mum wasn't able to get signal while inside the room, and the TV kept freezing. There were also a lot of older shows on so the options on TV seemed a bit limited.

The rooms were very clean, and the cleaners were absolutely helpful. Even the concierge boys and staff were very efficient in helping us. The bar man was nice as well. Thank u team.

Love the ace, a shame the lobby bar wasn’t open until late on Wednesday like google review said, and couple of the bar staff not very friendly. All other staff at reception are lovely. Thanks for having us
