Check in staff were rude. They told multiple customers to wait, and then let others check in.
I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next.
I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know.
The rooms were tiny, and the shower stall had mold

Everything was perfect! The only thing is the staff is not fully fluent in English and sometimes, it is hard to be understood. The hotel was perfect!

If the breakfast was free, I was charged for it. Not impressed.
Otherwise, the hotel in general is good, clean, convenient to shops and walking distance from the pick up point for any day tour. It’s also quiet at night time.

Signage could be more helpful along with a map of the trails. There was live music at the pool and it was awfully loud. Staff was exceptional.
