Absolutely loved this stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, with charming old houses along the way. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and even recommended some great local Shanghainese restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Please take care booking here. I had a suite and it was lovely. However when it rained ( albeit very heavy rain) leaks came in through the window and floor in two of the rooms. Not sure how safe it is. Not small water ingress, puddles of water. Staff moved me to a smaller single room which also leaked. Worrying as a lot of electrical stuff in areas of water influx! I have asked for a partial refund for the difference in room standard as I did not stay in the suite. Staff blame the rain. This is a major city, not rural China. I would book with a well know international brand

Perfect location close to everything central. Helpful friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms with some offering nice views of the pearl tower as well (which i was unaware of). Overall very comfortable and clean; the experience was really enjoyable. I’d happily stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location and ideal for the high class mall and the Metro. Although the literature says the hotel had a restaurant it was only for breakfast and there was no bar ! The breakfast was very expensive and we ate elsewhere after the first morning. The rooms were good and well equipped.

Big, clean, and comfortable rooms, well equipped, spacious and clean bathrooms, all set in a beautiful garden at the side of a river. Plus, a balcony and a balcony door with a fly screen!
Breakfast is good, the on-site restaurant too, though there are plenty of food options within a few minutes drive.
