Changxing Island All inclusive Holidays

From outside the building you wouldn’t expect anything promising but as soon as you enter everything transforms. Rooms are large beds are huge and very comfortable. Amenities are really good. Towels are a bit worn but bath towels are good . The room is fantastic

Architecture was authentic and beautiful, all the courtyards and gardens. It all came to life after dark as well when the lights came on. Staff were very friendly and helpful

If you’re booking this place for an amazing room with an amazing view and a bath tub by the window you will not be disappointed. If you are booking this for the pool area, don’t get your hopes up, it feels more like a public bath house than a luxury hotel pool, similar feel with the spa. The overall hotel and rooms are nice, I just felt like they needed a deep clean and a bit of TLC, grouting etc. light switches and AC seemed to have a mind of their own and didn’t always respond to pressing the light switches. I loved staying here, but that’s my constructive criticism. It misses a few of those tick boxes that take it upto being a world class hotel. More of an Instagram hotel that looks great for the pictures

Unbelievable location, great rooms, nice large and clean, very luxurious, service is absolutely top notch. Stayed here a week ago on arrival and came back for a few days before to continue to enjoy Shanghai. Transportation by subway is extremely convenient, located right at the intersection of three major lines, get anywhere in Shanghai within about 30 mins.

The location is really nice and the apartment large and comfortable. We had a couple issues (internet & bedding) but the staff reacted quickly to try and resolve the problems. Everyone was kind and responsive. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby.

Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staffs were very helpful in general, and vehicle used for transfer to Disney land was classy. Hot spring was awesome and relaxing. Restaurant food were great quality. Overall highly recommended.
