The room was spotless clean and was furnished to a very high standard. The staff were absolutely superb, both front of house, in the bar/restaurant and cleaners. I would highly recommend and will stay again.

It was a good stay for us. We were able to sleep well despite the trains. We took the bus from Kensal House to Ladebroke Grove and from there the underground. The bus station can be reached quickly via a flight of stairs. When we came back in the evening, there is a smaller Sansburry's right next to Ladebroke Grove station which is open until 23:00.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was beautiful and very clean with plenty of towels. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast had an excellent choice and good quality ingredients. Would definitely make this hotel my first choice the next time I visit London.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every member of the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They were always willing to offer recommendations for restaurants or things to do, and would even help arrange a taxi. When we checked in, we were greeted immediately, offered water, and then promptly shown to our room. The rooms were each unique and cozy, which really encouraged you to enjoy all the different spaces the hotel had to offer to relax. Their menu was also really good—especially the breakfast options—and they even offered a really nice afternoon tea. We were traveling to visit the Hawaiian Kingdom exhibition at the British Museum, and it was literally right around the corner—not even a 5-minute walk. We were also conveniently close to several shops and restaurants, all within a few minutes walking. Even some I visited in SoHo tweet only a 15–18 minute walk, or a quick cab ride if walking isn’t possible for you. I wish I could name everyone on the staff who made such an impression, but I didn’t catch all of their names. Tudor, Marta, and the two evening bartenders were all fantastic—but truly, everyone I encountered at the hotel was. If I’m ever back in London, I will definitely be staying here again.

Rooms are in real need of renovation. Stained carpets, grubby bathrooms, mouldy ceiling, chipped bath, dirty walls , plug sockets not working well, stained bed linen. We had 2 rooms and both poor. The bar on the upper foyer is very nice and the location was convenient.
