The staffs are very nice and helpful. The overall experience and the environment are very good and impressive.

We had a problem with the hotel we originally booked, so we got transferred to the FRANKLIN London by Expedia promptly which we very much appreciated. The room is super cozy and amazing, staff here are helpful with warm smile. You can have variety choices for the main course of your breakfast and I really recommend to include breakfast when you stay. The hotel is very close to the Harrods, only within 5 minutes walk. Takes 8 minutes to the underground. Very convenient location with quiet neighbourhood. The only cons would be there was no electric socket nearby the bed or table, it’s a bit tricky to charges phones and other equipments. Franklin set a very high standard for 5 star hotels and we hope to stay here again when we back to London.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Well-equipped kitchen with oven, stove, and microwave. Free Coffee 24/7. Close to the underground and Elisabeth line.

I'm very happy with our stay in Standard Hotel. Geate location for easy transportation and excellent customer services. Will definitely come back when travel in London again.
