Deben tener más cuidado cuando le van a entregar una habitación que esté debidamente lista, no con mal olor o sucia como fué mi caso y el lobby que es la cara del hotel debe tener personal de limpieza más al pendiente

The resort was great, perfect place to get away and relax. Staff takes care of everything!

The property was spotless, the staff accomidating, the food options and taste were commendable.

Enjoyed our time there...pool bar was fun...

First off....no seaweed! Small, but beautiful beach with clear water and some cute fishies and cool birds to see. Resort is clean, clean, CLEAN. You can see the staff actively cleaning constantly -- even dusting the ceiling fans in the lobby! The room was very large and comfortable, although a little warm even with the AC on. Water pressure and temp in shower was great. One pool is livelier and louder, one is chill, and then a much smaller pool is very calm and quite nearly all the time. Although we are picky and did not like any of the specialty restaurant menus, we have never seen a better all-inclusive buffet. Fresh cooked proteins, loads of veggies and fruits, and wide variety. We looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. Drinks were good, but not strong. The resort overall is very small, which I liked, b/c I've been to others where you need a golf cart to get from one end to the other. Close to airport---about 30 minute ride.

Not super far from the airport everybody was treated the same. The staff were very very friendly. They just need to do some updates cause it’s a little bit aged, but according to the staff that is up-and-coming so I’m looking forward to that.

I loved the location, the restaurant options, the kids clubs for both my kids (2 and 7 year old).

There were good restaurants but small and struggled to handle guest capacity. Most dining options are outdoors and can be HOT.

MTS transport is horrible staff and drivers are the worst don’t get your transport thru them on Expedia many headaches when you arrive and depart.
