Mexico and Central America Beach Holidays

It’s okay - a bit more run down than the pictures. Restaurants are decent. Good location - 5mins taxi from the shopping village and restaurants. Room was nice and big. Staff could be a lot more friendlier and pleasant

No sargazo/sea weed on the beach, great food and clean rooms. Beach club for kids and video games/pool table for teenagers.

This is our 3rd time at this resort. The change to adults only on one side made us visit again. We had issues with Expedia and our booking, but with the super helpful staff and Luany, they helped correct the issue, making the situation a priority. Super thankful for them! We stayed in room 2464 with ocean front view, with partial roof via the balcony. We loved this room because it was on the end with nobody on either side in view. The restaurants were super good, but definitely make reservations asap or you won’t get in. The lunch and dinner buffet was horrible. Need to add some salad dressings and maybe some pasta with sauces. Ended up going to the Deli shop. They offer some good sandwich options and coffee. The beach was super clean. The water was beautiful. The pool was awesome. The loungers in the pool were my favorite and never had a problem getting one. All in all, I’d give the resort a 10/10. Definitely would go back for the fourth time.

We absolutely loved that there was an adults only pool on site. It was nice to be away from the chaos of the kids pool.

Hotel was very nice. Room was exceptional. Food was average tasting for all inclusive, but there were plenty of options offered.

Very beautiful place with an amazing full time staff! We were not aware upon booking the resort wasnt fully open but the rooms are exactly as pictured... STUNNING I hate my husband couldn't fully utilize the resort so that felt like a waste of money. The train/busses were not properly scheduled so unfortunately we missed our dinner reservations after waiting 30 minutes for it never to show up. Our last night we were told to walk by one driver because he didn't want to drop us at our stop. I was floored by the disrespect and moreover having to walk in pitch black to our room which took about 12 minutes.

Definitely upgrade to an oceanfront room with patio….service was overall good. Look for Patricia at the beach and poolside service. She was always attentive and provided superior service. Food at all the restaurants were well prepared, portions were plenty, drinks were great as well. Overall memorable experience.

Everytime I woke up it felt like a dream. Clean space. Amazing hardworking local people working. Great smiles, pleasurable atmosphere. AMAZING FOOD. I will be back. Bartender Fernando and Francisco was amazing.
