Mel was an excellent host she was able to answer any questions any time of the day and was very helpful and supportive

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

It’s everything from facility to the staff amazinng happy and recommendable

Breakfast has plenty of foods to choose from and specific times can be pretty busy. Rooms aren’t tidy, towels provided are shabby unless you ask for new ones which is gladly provided. Hotel is very accessible to Terminal via the Runway.

The room is always nice and orderly. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is good and has lots of choices. Bar is awesome, it's at the roof deck beside the swimming pool with city view.

The property was maintained and the staffed were very helpful including waitress from restaurant such as Jhel, Bianca, Dave , Mia bell staff Emann helped me carry my luggage. See you next year.
