It is very near Burnham Park, jeepneys to La Trinidad, Good Taste Restaurant, Mc Donald’s, and walking distance to the market and Session Road. I thought it is generally clean and had no gut issue after brushing my teeth with the water from the faucet. I was afraid at first due to an experience at another hotel but so far so good. "It may have just been a coincidence, but the sink in the room didn't use water. The bathroom used water. And the door was loose so it was difficult to lock it. but, of course I could lock it.
But more than that, their customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent.
