The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and surprisingly spacious for Namba. The air conditioning and television were also very easy to use, which is a welcome touch for non-Japanese-speaking travellers, as hotel room controls in Japan can sometimes be difficult to navigate, even with AI translation tools. What let the hotel down, however, was the breakfast experience. There were lengthy queues each morning simply to be seated, as only one hostess was managing the process. Most guests do not want to begin their day by waiting in line for up to 15 minutes, particularly when there are plenty of vacant tables available in a large dining area. It seemed unnecessary for guests to have to wait to be formally seated. Once inside, there was further congestion due to there being only one coffee machine and one toaster, resulting in even more queuing in what is clearly a very busy hotel. Overall, the room itself was excellent, but the breakfast operation would benefit from some improvements to better accommodate the number of guests.

The room was overall very clean, though the floor could have been mopped a bit better, especially in the toilet room, I used some bleach wipes I had to spot clean so I didn’t call down to have them come address the issue. If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!

Great pretty for a family to stay in. The lift taking you to each level of the house was excellent! Loved staying here!

We rented the Junior Suite for a Family of 5, as is common in many parts of Asia, the room size was smaller when compared to Western hotel standards, but the layout was extremely efficient and well planned. The room included all the necessary amenities, made excellent use of space, and was comfortable, clean, and convenient. A great plus for traveling families is the In-Room washer/dryer. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great example of thoughtful hotel design in a compact space.

Amazing hotel located within walking distance to Unicersal park and shopping stores. Staff very friendly and hotel is incredible clean. Great for families. Also purchase your entrance tickets for Universal Studios park.
