Isla Contoy Beach Holidays

Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de la zona del Coco Bongo, oxxo, farmacia guadalajara al cruzar la calle. El hotel esta junto al mar, tiene buenas alberca y sus instalaciones no son nuevas pero al menos en el cuarto donde me quede todo se miraba relativamente bien, sin ningun detalle. El problema que tuve fue mas con el personal, desde el check in, comentamos que pues estabamos cansados despues del viaje, de que rentamos un automovil y de que nuestro vuelo fue en la mañana, queriamos llegar a descanzar, pero en vez de entregarnos el brazalete, nos mandaron con el concierge que iba a empezar a darnos una platica sobre su tiempo compartido a lo cual mi esposa le dijo que porfavor no porque ya estabamos cansados y queriamos bañarnos y descansar. Lo cual la persona se dio cuenta, y dijo ok vamos a su cuarto, no sin antes hablarnos en el camino sobre el desayuno buffet y una platica, lo cual no pusimos mucha atencion y ya por cortarle la platica le dijimos ok, y nos empieza a presionar con que si a que hora, y nosotros asi de que , sabes que no tenemos hora, venimos super cansados, y no fue hasta que mi esposa prendio la regadera y dijo me metere a bañar que la persona, dijo ok ya me voy despues me pongo en contacto con ustedes. Total al otro dia desde temprano suene y suene el telefono, nos despertaron. No fuimos, y todavia no estaban "casando cuando pasabamos por el lobby, fue incomodo no estar agusto en nuestro propio hotel, entiendo que es su trabajo, pero deben de tener empatia.

I am giving my honest review. The hotel itself was very clean all the employees where on it anytime it rained always cleaning the resort and loved that. It was very private and small loved that as well the one thing is it had 2 hot tubs and didn’t work the first 4 days and they finally fixed after I brought it to their attention. Also I am a big foodie person the food was so flavorless and the portions ridiculous like a 3 year old was eating I was not impressed there was only 2 places we made reservations that was good the Tavo Asian and the Veneto Italian was good. I just wish they would do more Mexican food being we are in Mexico no hot sauces no salsas. The best food other then the special restaurants was the snack bar by pool but 3 of those days I seen birds grabbing foods from inside and no one shoo them away, then one of the employees was sticking her hand in there eating out of the snack bar. I am not trying to eat after bird or get sick and it’s unhealthy and insanitary. The best breakfast was the cafe in the hotel I looked forward to that every morning because it was the only good food we got. I will tell you Alberto needs a golden start very attentive and was always tending to anything we needed at breakfast. The beach let me tell you was amazing minis the storms and winds but other then us getting bad weather 4 days I’d love to go back to this beach area but maybe not to the same Resort. We love to check out different resorts over all I’d give it a 7 out of 10

We had a great stay. The staff was incredible. The food was good. Moises brought our drinks to our swim out every day! He is the best!

This resort was a great choice! Modern, stylish, clean, and great staff. 15 minutes from Cancun airport so you can’t beat that. Different building layout than the traditional resorts in Mexico. It’s one continuous building and requires a ton of walking. So have some comfy shoes ready!

Esta es la segunda vez que visitamos Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Cancun y nuevamente superó nuestras expectativas. El hotel es hermoso, las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias, y el servicio es excelente. Disfrutamos mucho la variedad de restaurantes, la calidad de la comida y las espectaculares piscinas. El personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin duda, volveríamos una tercera vez. ¡Lo recomendamos al 100% para familias y parejas que buscan unas vacaciones inolvidables!”
