Everything is nice The staff , the facilities and the visitors are all friendly The building itself is the most beautiful one when you see at the park on the other side of the lake at night time Even coming as a single I can still make some friends , with alcohol lol But be reminded that whether you booked is an adult only , or else will be cooked Just bring enough small $ bills for tips and enjoy

Loved Omar, server at adult pool! Roof top plunge pool fantastic. Gorgeous grounds. Beach has seaweed but it’s Mexico so can’t fault the hotel. Butlers were awful and not necessary. You can use app to order anything. Bar fridge wasn’t stocked daily and had to use app. Also towels for in the room hard to get unless you order thru app. Beach towels can be found around 9/10 am in lounge areas. Food good. Air conditioning was temperamental. Had electrician in one day. Pools great and fun entertaininment in them. Night entertainment was standard. Great resort to relax. I loved not having to put towels out on chairs in morning. Maybe it’s cause you can’t find them lol. But no shortage of chairs and umbrellas or Bali beds. Overall I’d give it 4 stars. Stayed at ellegance in dec. virtually identical.
