We booked a room and we were checking at Ibis Budget, but there were no one at the counter. We waited and there wasn’t any sign talked about we need to check in at Ibis hotel. So I called, and after we went to Ibis hotel to check in, the woman who we talked to at the counter was in a really bad attitude. ...

Poor Wifi service because we were not in the main-building but the room opposite it. So much noise at night and the curtain does not cover fully so we were annoyed by the street night and hardly slept.
