Perfectly serviceable

Very pet friendly. Small room but fine for the 2 overnights in city. The Shower head in 1003 leaks & reduced the flow but otherwise decent. Spot Hero parking ($35 night) around the corner for easy in and out. Central location to most areas of interest @$125 value

The staff was informative and kind when we checked in. Everyone we left or came back. They greeted us or asked how our trip was going.

I booked a room with River hotel, however i was given a room in the club quarters hotel sited in the same building, The room is small but clean, and has all the basic amenities one expects. There is no kittle in the room, however upon request, the hotel delivered one to my room. The room is quiet in Chicago standard-you won’t hear much of the normal street noise, but you do hear sirens. The hotel offers free coffee and espresso drinks in the second floor and it also offers free bottles with which you can bottle brinking water. Overall i had a good stay.
