We stayed at the tatami room with sea view. Staffs were polite. Room was spacious but I hated the tatami mats in the bedroom, it was old and tiny bits of the tatami was everywhere in the room that it got on our clothes and bed. I've stayed in many ryokans around Japan with tatami mats and not once did I experience one that was so poorly maintained. Toilet was old, a little too dark and cold during showering, amenities can be improved. The room was dusty too. Breakfast was moderate but repetitive. Will I stay here again? Probably not.

This is a great hotel if you plan on skiing at niseko. We travelled from the U.S. and the hotel has a shuttle that will take you to Sapporo train station and the chuo bus to niseko Hirafu also stops here. So airport -> train to Sapporo -> shuttle to hotel -> great overnight stay at Prince hotel -> chuo bus to niseko for skiing in the morning

This is from my twelve year old daughter:
The Spa was very chill and relaxing. The Sauna was very hot and enjoyable, while the cold bath was refreshing. I think it is a great place for a vacation. I highly recommend it.
