Staff were super friendly and accommodating! Messages were replied back promptly. They also had some recommendations for around the area. For an aparthotel they had a 24 hour front desk and amenities. Small room but 5 members were able to make it work. ~7-9minutes away from different train stations. Convenience store just outside the door!

Great location to Universal Walk and Studios as well as conveniences like Lawson and 7 Eleven. Extremely helpful staff and abundant staff members especially during heavy check in period.

Imperial Hotel Osaka was nice but nothing stood out at this property. The breakfast buffet was nice l, but we had better ones during our trip. The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at.

The room was spotless, and Comfortable. But what was best about this place is staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice! They helped me with everything.

A lovely and beautiful traditional ryokan. The staff could not have been nicer, the food was delicious, and the property was beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room is really big with a tatami area where you can relax. You can move the beds around easily. Everyone in the front desk speaks fluent English. It has an old school key lock. It only has roughly 12 rooms. So even though it only has 1 washer, it was empty every time we have to use it. It also had an ice and water machine. It is in a quiet neighbourhood that is close to many shrines. The only minor complaint I have is there was a weird smell coming from either the washroom or the shower room. We had to turn the exhaust fan on the entire time to get rid of it. Also the TV was positioned in away such that it took me 5 minutes to connect the HDMI.
