Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room is ok and clean but not big.

Overall it was nice, clean, staff was friendly. It is a bit pricey, not enough English speaking staff, maybe 1 or 2 that understood English. I found the location too far from many places. TV didn’t have any English options, wifi in room was weak. I found restaurant service extremely slow in the morning. Overall it is a nice hotel just a few things that need fixing

The hotel is beautiful from the outside (landscaping, walking paths, courtyard with burbling water feature) and to the inside with its spacious lobby (coffee available) as well as restaurant. The third floor has fresh drinking water, vending machines and washing machines, an indoor/outdoor zen space and a relaxation space with massage chairs. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable. Bathroom has many amenities. There are pyjamas, robes and slippers. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods and fresh fruit. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk to the subway station and a commercial street. Would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we checked in, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff was extremely friendly, the gardens were gorgeous and well maintained, and the rooms were always tidy. We had our laundry done and they folded our clothes with expertise and precision. I will be back for sure!

Great hotel enjoyed staying there but it was far from the local station. They did have bus running to the local station every 30 minutes.
