Nice size rooms, bathrooms, and balcony. The room has a beach bag and sandals and umbrella for you to use as needed. Air conditioning worked great. Everything was clean. Room cleaned daily. Bed was okay, bedding also okay. Great location. They advertise they provide an airport shuttle. They do not. They advise you to book it with a travel company. Breakfast is very expensive, and skippable. Nice pool and kids area. Not too loud unless your neighbors are. overall good stay, but will probably try another hotel/resort next time just to compare.

My husband and I stayed here feb 14-17 in the honeymoon suite, which I found amusing as it was connected to the spa next door. It was complicated to find we were told to go back and forth from Railay Resort which is separate from Railay Village Resort but close to each other. We got frustrated and told the Railay Resort somebody from the Village resort was going to have to come get us because our travel was extensive and we weren't going to walk back again which they accommodated and someone came to walk us back with our luggage to the correct resort which we would've never found ourselves so beware of that. The room itself was cool, we had gotten used to the hard beds at this point during our travels but the a/c worked well. The Jacuzzi part of the suite was pretty it looks just like the pictures. Only inconvenience there was that the water never got beyond a luke-warm. Its close to lots of bars which is where we ate we thought the "restaurant" associated with the hotel was a waste of time but overall we spent more time away from the villa than inside it, it worked for our travels although I would recommend bringing some things (alcohol, ice, snacks) for the coming and going.

Lovely place not too far away from krabi beach and nightlife

Our room was facing the smaller pool. The room was ok. Rooms were not cleaned most days til nearly 5pm. If you want chill or have nap. Made it hard because you know they will be coming to clean. We also found the door sign to clean the room later in the week. Not sure if that would have got the room cleaned earlier in the day. We didn't spend much time at the pools. They were very clean. They had bars at them as well. We preffered the beach. Lots of shade with recliners. Bar was close by with the restaurant. If your ordering food it takes a while to come. The beers and sodas were not to cold. They use the same fridge for everything so it is opening a lot. A seperate fridge for the beer would fix that. The breakfast had lots of options.Very satisfied with the selection. Staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Overall Krabi Resort gave us everything we needed. Very quiet. Outside the Resort are lots if food options not far away and shopping.

Had a lovely relaxing time, beach in the morning and pool in the afternoons.

Extremely nice hotel in a stunning location. the bar & dining options were all excellent and the room was fantastic & right on the beach. I couldn't fault it & wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
