Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay is here. Pool, spa, onsen, jet pools, the one outside was my favorite. All amenities needed to doll up. Used the room bath once, big tub; mostly spent my time in the spa and gardens for the misting events and night walks. Awesome service and atmosphere. Stayed two nights. Look forward to making staying here next Tokyo trip.

Spectacular in every way. The room was gorgeous and huge, and had a beautiful view and plenty of excellent amenities, including a Nespresso machine and a full folder of L’Occitane skin care samples that was replenished daily. The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job.
We were also spoiled by the 45th floor lounge for premier grand members. This is well worth the splurge. The staff is outstanding, the complementary food and drinks are fantastic, and the views are breathtaking—especially at night when there’s a light show on the neighboring Tokyo Government building. There is another lounge on 47 just for nighttime that’s also terrific.
The hotel is ideally located a short walk from Shinjuku subway station, allowing access to the entire city. The Shinjuku area itself is lively and fun, with lots of shopping and dining.
I’m so happy we stayed here because it made our first trip to Japan extra special. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
