I have stayed at this property several times and have had minimal complaints. This time the room was not up to the regular standards. There was jams or whatever not cleaned up from the previous guests leaked under the glass tops, the stove top burners were very rusty and the painting on the walls looked dingy. We had to ask for the tv to be fixed twice before it was done.
Upon leaving I told the clerk all this, their response was to email their customer service with my complaints.
This property is my go to place in Montréal and I have recommended it to several people. It was disappointing.
