This property is great for location, but it’s no different than your average large corporate chain (think Marriott). The staff was very courteous. This hotel is due for some updates though.

Absolute beautiful hotel.
PROS: convenience. Right in the heart of Hollywood so you don't need to walk far for anything.
Seriously comfortable beds
Rooms are very quiet
Room service was exceptional
Easy check in and out
Polite staff
CONS: Room was crazy small. Felt really cramped.
No coffee maker in the room
Windows did not open at all. Not even a crack
Elevators kept breaking down
Overall experience- 8 out of 10 stars.
