Caribbean Kid friendly Holidays

During our stay we experienced a leaking toilet, and leaking shower head that never got fixed after multiple attempts of contacting guest services. We also experienced a shortage of towels, and the room was more than an hour late in availability to check-in. The room curtains were also dirty

I have mixed emotions about this resort They would not serve us cheese pizza at the pizza shop inside (says it’s not on the menu, so we tried to explain what are the 2 first thing you put on a pizza Some of the staff was rude, And others were great.. balconies in the 3rd building were very small and they called that an upgrade, All the pools closes at 7:00 pm nothing left for the kids to do. The shows were good.House keeping was good. Staff outside waitresses and waiters were awesome. Resort rebates points was a big ripoff you have to 16% tax on that, pier,8 was awful the kids wanted grill cheese they took a hamburger bun and slapped a half piece of cheese without warning it up sent it back to melt the came back burnt we left and went to the buffet family was and we enjoyed ourselves, price high for limited services not the best place for kids.

I had the best time at this resort. Most staff were so kind and fun!! The Hideaway is definitely the side to book!!

Incredible Staff & Entertainment, But Rooms and Buffet Need Upgrades The customer service at this hotel is truly top-notch. From the dining team to the entertainment staff, every employee was kind, resourceful, and genuinely attentive. They made the stay feel special and welcoming. The entertainment for both kids and adults was excellent, offering a fun and engaging experience for all ages. Additionally, the aesthetic and landscaping outside the hotel is absolutely stunning 10/10 in beauty and design. That said, there’s room for improvement, especially given the price point. The guest rooms need a decor refresh, the beds were uncomfortable, and the balcony furniture appeared outdated and worn. The buffet food was average, lacking variety, especially in fresh fruits, and there were no fresh-pressed juice options. On a brighter note, the slush drinks were fantastic cold, refreshing, and perfectly made. The Asian restaurant was a standout: the chickpea appetizer and soup were delicious, and the chef and staff offered some of the best service we experienced during our stay. Suggestions for Improvement: • Modernize room interiors and upgrade bed comfort and balcony furniture. Clean better. • Improve buffet offerings, especially fresh fruit and juice options. • Maintain the excellence of the entertainment and Asian dining experience.

There needs to be chlorine utilized in the pool.
