More or less everything was very good, the rooms are clean and cozy, the food in the restaurants and buffets is also delicious, the service staff is friendly.

The Riu Palace Peninsula is by far one of the best all inclusive resorts I have stayed at. The food was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. There are several pools on site as well as several beach locations. Rooms were cleaned every day as well. Also, if you have an upgraded adults only rooms you have access to other Riu in the area and what they have to offer. Highly recommend the Riu Palace Peninsula.

The resort is fine . But food is terrible . Every day something pork, chicken, fish . No beef , steak,shrimp. Everything else is good .

The staff was wonderful! The food was not good pretty much anywhere and they only let you eat at the specialty restaurants two of five nights.

Staffs are friendly. Rooms are cleanest and a lot active for families with kids. I love it!

Pictures on Expedia show both older & renovated suites … we got the older rooms… first day spent switching, upgrading rooms & ended up paying more $$$ for renovated rooms that didn’t smell moldy… disappointing from Expedia…
