Easy check in and out process. Friendly staff. Timely room cleaning. The room I stayed in was a bit dated and some of the repairs done were half-measures. The sunrise and sunset view from the 12th floor was an eye candy.

We had a truly memorable stay at Premier Hotel Tsubaki Sapporo, and I can’t thank the staff enough for their exceptional care and hospitality. During our trip, my mother-in-law unfortunately had a fall in Sapporo and injured her knee, which meant they needed to extend their stay unexpectedly. The hotel team went above and beyond to support them during this difficult time. They kindly provided a wheelchair and offered thoughtful assistance, while also supporting my father-in-law who was caring for her. It was a stressful situation for our family, but the staff showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism throughout. Knowing my parents-in-law were in such good hands gave us great peace of mind when we had to leave. The breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. There was a fantastic spread of Japanese, Western, and other Asian cuisine, and the variety meant that enjoying breakfast each day never felt repetitive. This experience truly reflects the best of Japanese hospitality. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo. We would absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was varied in a two-day cycle. It was fantastic. Probably the most choices I have ever encountered at a hote.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is a little dated compared to the last stay and has lost a charm of the boutique hotel vibe a little bit. But overall it is a nice hotel with a good location and pleasant hotel staff.
