Well located hotel close to Waterloo station with an easy and very short walk to Westminster, South Bank and Embankment.
We stayed in a twin room, it was clean and comfortable with a huge bath and toiletries provided. The room also had a small kitchenette area with kettle, microwave, sink, fridge and cutlery and crockery.
The hotel breakfast was nice, although we were there at peak time and some items weren't replaced as quickly as they should, meaning there was no yogurt left, no sourdough bread for the toaster, and also one of the coffee machines was out of coffee for about half an hour, but the staff were working hard and kept the breakfast area clean and tidy, and it was peak time so these things are sometimes inevitable! The breakfast choice was plentiful, with fruit, cereals, toast, fresh rolls, full hot English breakfast items, pancakes, pastries, and omelettes available, along with tea, coffee (including decaf), hot chocolate, and a good selection of milks and fruit juices.
Would stay here again.
