Clean room! In room spa is amazing! The staff was so helpful and very attentive.
The resort is a little far from the beaches, but the staff is very helpful with recommendations and there’s a free shuttle to Bang Tao and the Villa Market.

Staying at Napasai was the best decision ever! Beautifully designed resort with private beach that’s very clean and blue! And most importantly the personalized hospitality of the staff, especially Fresh and Ae! They truly made our stay special and even brought flowers to my daughter when she wasn’t feeling well. Thanks for a memorable holiday!

This is a decent hotel, with some English speaking staffs that are helpful. Continental breakfast was not great, but they alternate every other day with a Thai breakfast - the Thai breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Delicious fried noodles/pad Thai, spring rolls and cut fruits. Healthy options such as salads and fruits were great too.
