I have no legs and was charged for a resort fee of $300 for something that was closed..No hot no nothing,.but LOVED the hotel.

I stayed at the Wynn last week and it fully lived up to the hype. From the moment I walked in, everything felt intentional, polished, and effortlessly luxurious. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed alone deserves its own award. Service was consistently excellent across the board. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling overbearing. It’s clear they’re well trained and actually care about the guest experience. The property itself is stunning. Restaurants, bars, casino, and common areas are all top tier and immaculately maintained. Everything you need is right there, which makes it easy to relax and just enjoy the stay. Overall, the Wynn delivers exactly what you expect from a world class hotel and then some. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a premium Vegas experience that gets the details right.

No spare outlets except bathroom. Use to be one or two but now used for smoke detectors. Remote wasnt working 3 requests than fixed it myself. Elevators and escalators not working for weeks. Front desk clerks were great.

The staff was very nice, the hotel was beautiful, the only thing is the kitchen was very tiny and the fridge did not work good at all. Also the tv in the rooms are so outdated, you can't even watch Netflix, the best thing about the room was the bathroom and how big it was. I would not stay there again because you want to relax in bed and watch tv you cant because the tv and the channels on it are terrible
