Clean room, quiet hotel, all rooms handicap accessible. Excellent staff

Room was clean, even with our “Mountain View” room (read: Parking lot/rooftop) on a low floor, we could still see part of the Sphere. Staff was friendly and the front desk staff were very helpful.

The stay was great!! The front desk agent named deisha was great!! Hopefully I got the right but she was great! Her name starts with D. Hotel was great, however the atm at the casino did not work for us. A suggestion to get Atm that recognizes international account for guests that are international.

Great hotel, mattress is very uncomfortable. I preferred sleeping on the sofa instead of the mattress.

I had a magical time! Allen who helped us check in first quenched our thirst and began the check in. He helped us get into a room closer to where we intended to go for our stay to make us as comfortable as possible. He was also interested in saving our time by asking important questions. Everyone else who helped us out was just as fantastic. 10 out of 5 recommend the Wynn at Las Vegas. The parking was also a breeze and free with your stay. The building is 1000% aesthetically pleasing as soon as you walk through the front doors all the way to the windows of the 60th floor Allen put us in to make my dreams come true. Will be staying here again.

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.
