Reberty 1850 Luxury Holidays

The room cleanliness could definitely be improved. We stayed in 2 quadruple rooms for 7 nights. Unfortunately, the room did not feel as clean as expected, which affected our overall experience. The sinks were clogged, the floors were dirty, the toiletries they provide are not good and could also be imptoved in terms of quality. The breakfast was mediocre and could use more variety. It would be helpful if the menu were changed or rotated each day rather than serving the same options repeatedly. One positive aspect is the location. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Overall, the location was a definite plus, but improvements in room cleanliness and breakfast variety would make the stay much better.

Hi. Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. It’s a perfectly positioned property so you are within walking distance of most attractions. It a boutique hotel so it’s small but everything is spaced out nicely and it has everything you could need for an extended stay. Khaled the main concierge gentleman was exceptional. He helped us with everything we needed and even went above and beyond to call our tour company when our flight was 10 hours delayed. FYI avoid United airlines at all costs. It’s the third time going to Europe that we have experienced major delays!! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome. We will be back for our next trip to Rome. Thanks again!!

Your in the middle of Times Square. Great location. You’re literally walking distance to 5th Ave for shopping. I loved everything about this hotel. Great happy hour drinks in the lobby too!
