Front desk was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Great location in the midst of Times Square. I shared a King "Deluxe" room with my mom. The room and bathroom are very small. Just enough space for the bed itself. Was also charged a "facilities/resort fee" for amenities like internet. I guess it's worth the price for Times Square, but anywhere else would not cut it.

Great location. Steps from Times Square, very Spacious and clean room for New York , everything felt very new. Nice gym , very happy with the hotel.

Ideal location. Was interesting paying so much and expecting a lobby or more amenities but overall the convenience was the best thing
