Location is superb. Gym is well equipped and in good repair. Breakfast was good - but ridiculously busy. Queues every day. We had two queen beds and a sofa bed which was fine for a family of four. The housekeeping was rubbish - they only cleaned the room one day in four nights, and no change of towels. When they did clean it they put the sofa bed away and removed the bedding. We got back late after a concert and waited an hour and a half for extra bedding to be brought up - despite multiple calls to the front desk- Was really disappointing given it was late and the kids were tired. Put a Dampener on what would have been a good hotel experience.

We loved this hotel. The room was a bit cramped, but since we barely in it, it wasn’t an issue. The shower didn’t drain well, and the water pressure was REALLY strong. When I showered, there was a bit of a pool in the shower. Other than that, we didn’t have any problems. The staff were extremely helpful and kind with whatever we needed. The hotel was conveniently located near MSG and Macy’s. Would stay here again!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but very comfortable and super clean. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, my husband and I found the bed and bedding superb.

The room was fine, but the cleaning staff stole an ipad and a pair of airpods from us and the staff did nothing. They offered to "look into it." No credit, no nothing. The bartender was watching Nick Fuentes YouTube videos while serving us at the bar. I can't imagine how someone with a service role is allowed to be watching their phone at all. On top of that, in the course of a 4 night stay, the elevator was broken for 30 minutes or more twice. This required us to haul a stroller up 8 flights of stairs twice. The bed was absolutely done. The mattress was caving in at the back and the corners, so there were parts of the bed where I literally felt like I was going to fall off. Don't stay. Not worth the premium.

Loved that it was so close to Times Square and other landmarks. Staff was very friendly and so helpful. They gave us umbrellas to use one day when it rained
