The bar staff and pool excellent for a cool dip. Very helpful and friendly staff for meals and room service. We found it to be a great a great family getaway. The grounds were well kept and maintained, with alot of fun to be had. A few drinks and a great game of golf. Walked up the beach to find white coral sand beaches with great snorkeling in the reef. Very safe

A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards. The beach is beautiful & it’s fun to watch it change with the tides - the low tide sandbar is awesome! So many activities and entertainment options, but also nice to lounge around at the many pool, sand and grass area loungers and cabanas. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

We absolutely had the best time ever, the most gracious and easy stays we've ever experienced. The staff were loving, peaceful and so helpful. The staff at Kana Restaurant were the highlight of our trip, with always accommodating my son with his dietary needs. We absolutely were gutted to leave and would definitely visit here again. Thank you so much Outrigger for such an amazing and unforgettable experience.

Hi , The resort has undergone some upgrading which is good since 2016/2017 when we were last there. The nurses are spacious and generally well maintained in terms of cleaning however they are tired. The staff are generally friendly and good to deal with. We met up with a few from 2016/2017 who continue in evidencing Fiji hospitality of the old days. I don’t know that new staff are continuing with that same d style hospitality . Keisha/ Samantha / Miri / sala/ Anup / Sarona/ Vase our housejeroer for her beautiful note on our departure . Lovely staff to mention. One of the things we recommend is more loungers out and away from the pool areas. Not everyone likes to sit around the pool all the time. A really bad experience going into Jacks to buy gifts. They ounce on you and literally follow you around as if you are there to steal not to buy. We did complain about it . Although we bought gifts at the clothing section we did not buy with our discount clincher anything more. We have been travelling to Fiji for over 20 years and bought a lot of things from Jacks however will never support that business again as they are so unwelcoming and rude. Thanks for a nice mini break
