「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「Like others have posted. Check in is a complete nightmare. Rooms not ready, Wrong room, No front desk help as it is owned by private parties renting the rooms. No fridge, dining plates or silverware. They lied to Expedia and said they gave us the correct room. Also A/C is limited to how cool it will go and turns off in the middle of each night.」

「Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing...

「Nice accommodation with a good view over the lake. Tucked away from the main part of town so nice and quiet. About a 10min walk from the main part of town. Our key broke in the lock and they were helpful to replace the lock and provide a new key while we went for dinner. They also were able to provide laundry service.」
