Great location. Very convenient hotel. So many options for places to eat. All the staff were so helpful. Ready to help you with anything. They work so hard. Comfortable beds and very little noise at night. Good breakfast buffet options.

The room wasn’t as advertised. Very small, not open like the picture. Not enough coffee and tea for two people. Batteries were falling out of safe so you couldn’t leave anything in it. Only one card per room which is inconvenient. It was a good value and good location but I wouldn’t stay there if in Hanoi.
