“We loved our stay in Cat Ba! Linda was an amazing host and the staff were so helpful. We had the most delicious hot pot there one evening. Linda helped us with all our planning. It had a quaint garden with puppies running around, and monkeys howling in the distance. A/C worked and our daughter swam in the pool at night. Would recommend if looking for a homestay in the area!”

“Green Homestay was the perfect place to stay on Cat Ba island. We were greeted by Hana who is so lovely and helpful and really made our stay perfect. We were able to arrange activities right from the homestay which was very convenient. The property is absolutely beautiful with a great pool and garden area. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood a short walk away from a couple bars and restaurants and was the perfect location for a quieter and relaxing stay. You can rent scooters to visit Cat……

“Great location. Staff was amazing. Helped us with transportation and laundry. Check in was easy. Clean and good breakfast. I found the beds very hard but other then that i would recommend.”

“The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.”

“Room was clean, front desk was cheerful. She was able to help organizing a taxi, renting scooters. Location was superb, beautiful large windows that opened. Breakfast was average. ”
