“Hai and Chilly were fabulous hosts, communicative and always happy to assist in any way. As it was winter we opted to stay in the village. The family sized room with 2 king beds and bathroom plus your own seating and hammock out the front situated in lovely gardens was a great place to recover after doing the Ha Giang Loop. “Many of the hotels in the area are old as this small bustling town of 12k people see 10k-20k tourists in the summer months per day.

“Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2.”

“The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. “Was a great stay. Breakfast on the street is great, rooms spacious and in a cave, very cool. The only resort that I stayed in Vietnam that had hot water.
