Very clean hotel and friendly staff

Good staff and location Did not like Pillows were very hard Room lighting

We had a really good stay at the Empark Prime Hotel. The location is excellent and very walkable, which made it easy to explore central Beijing. The staff were extremely helpful and even assisted us with setting up local delivery apps. Once we ordered food, it was delivered to our room by the hotel robot, which was a fun and very convenient touch. The room itself was comfortable and worked well for us, but the bathroom layout is worth mentioning. There is essentially one shared door for the toilet and shower area, and there is no real way to step out of the shower and get dressed in any kind of privacy. It was absolutely fine for our needs, but it may not suit friends, colleagues or anyone wanting more bathroom privacy. Overall, a comfortable hotel in a fantastic location with very helpful staff. We would happily stay again.
