Room was clean and very well kept

Checkin took a long time and could not sign meals to my room.

My only complaint was that there was a lack of closet / dresser space, but everything else was great. The staff were excellent.

Been staying at the Carlton City Singapore Hotel for several years on my business trips. Normally one or two nights and it’s perfect for me as check in is quick, location is easy to get to Changi Airport, it’s quite, rooms are very comfortable and decent size. Beds are great, ticks all the boxes for me.

Great staff (reception - April Santos, others I wasn't able to write names, housecleaning, bellboy - Peter, et al). Decent breakfast.

Room was spotless and extremely well appointed. Staff were v friendly, concierge were particularly helpful. Excellent location too

Good hotel and generally comfortable, but for the price charged, the experience fell short. Some improvements are needed to justify the cost
