Embassy Suites are tiny, unlike the images you see on their website. I could barely open two suitcases at one time. Except for the regular shampoo, conditioner and bodywash and a few towels nothing else was provided. Customer service is zero to none. Not all staff are helpful or friendly. The only upside is the location.

The terrace suite is spacious, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The greeting staff at the entrance was so polite and cheerful. The rooftop lounge is amazing. I highly recommend if you are traveling
However, when we requested an hour late checkout, the front desk staff were neither helpful nor sincere. That was the only bad experience we had before checking out.
